Moving Luxury Pet Department onto a new server.
This Wednesday, we will be moving the Luxury Pet Department website onto a new server. The current service provider we are hosted with just cannot provide the bandwidth we need since the business increased in size last year, so inevitably, we have made the decision to move the website.
Customer will not be affected by the move, the site will be kept live at all times so it will not affect the ordering service in any way. If you have any questions or concerns then please feel free to contact us on 0845 601 0028.
Once the move is completed you should see the website back to its old fast and friendly self. Last year we invested heavily in improving the website including an improved shopping cart and the ability to create user accounts for returning customers, the improvements have been well received and we feel that everyone is benefiting from the change over to the new Ubercart platform.
